Massage Therapy
We are in process of expanding to include massage therapy for holistic healing.

Massage contributes to overall emotional, behavioral, physical, and spiritual health. Benefits include:
- Stress Relief: Stress is inevitable and our bodies experience the brunt of our emotions. Allowing a professional massage therapist to facilitate physical release of tension in the muscles is relaxing and calming. Becoming aware of the tension we hold in our bodies and sense of relief after a session can also motivate you to develop a more consistent and effective routine of healthy stress related coping skills.
- Self-care: Devoting an hour to hour and half towards wellbeing and relaxation builds one's sense of self-worth, self-confidence, connection with and acceptance of one's body, and overall self-care routine.
- Mindfulness: Massage helps us to be in the present moment...once we sharpen the skill of releasing the need to dwell on the past and worry about the future, we can be fully present in this very moment where all is okay and manageable.
- Physical benefits of massage include strengthened immunity system, improved circulation, increased flexibility, and reduced pain/tightness of muscles.
