Fees and Payment
Fees depend on type of service received, length of session, and insurance involvement. The intake session is usually longer and the fee adjusted accordingly. Payment is due at time of service, unless other arrangements are made through insurance coverage (more information below). Since counseling is a time and financial commitment, it is important that you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose. In this regard, an initial consultation can be arranged at no charge so that you may meet Kimberly and ask any questions before beginning the counseling process.
Discounts
If you are seeking counseling for more than one family member, please ask about family rates.
Discounts are also offered for sessions paid in advance.

* Please note that discounts do not apply for insurance payment and victim's compensation. The sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase and discount only applies for 45-50 minute sessions.
Method of Payment
Payment can be made in the form of cash, check (made payable to Monarch Therapy, LLC), and major credit cards-Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Insurance and other Payment
Monarch Therapy is able to bill Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida and Tricare insurance plans as an in-network provider at this time. If you are interested in payment through your insurance company, contact them directly regarding your plan's coverage and reimbursement policy. A billing receipt can be provided for you to submit to other insurance carriers not listed. Please note that insurance companies typically require a mental health diagnosis to be assigned which remains part of your permanent medical record, and they may request all or part of your mental health record for payment purposes.
If you are seeking counseling for issues related to a crime that you experienced as a victim, then you may qualify for victim's compensation through the state of Florida. Kimberly can assist you with verifying your eligibility and applying for victim's compensation that can cover counseling, medical, time-off from work, and other expenses related to the crime.
