Energy Healing
Our bodies respond to stress in many ways. Some people experience built up negative energy, some experience a "gut feeling" in relation to other energy, and some are fearful of the energy that they could release in either positive and healthy or unhealthy ways. Energy healing is a tool to allow your body to release unhealthy energy, tune into positive and healing energy, and continue forward with clarity and peace of mind and body. Results may include emotional release (crying), release of tension in muscles, closer spiritual connection, and clarity regarding options in one's life path. Our practitioners offer various methods of healing so that individuals can choose which feels most comfortable.

Sumari holds a safe and protected space to allow for complete release of unhealthy energy that is blocking the person's path of healing and ability to move forward. She honors the gifts and special resonance of the individual while supporting their evolving expansion and healing. Sumari has been a Reiki Practitioner for 18 years and a Reiki Master Healer & Teacher for 17. She has taught classes, mentored individual students, assisted healing clients and co-created Master Healing groups in the Washington, DC area. Sumari also works with a network of Master Healers promoting Earth Healing and Resonance Building on the planet. She enjoys building resonance with drumming and contributes energy to the evolving work at Happehatchee Eco Spiritual Center in Estero as a volunteer and practitioner.
Reiki with Carrie Sopko or Sumari Porter
Reiki is a gentle and relaxing modality which restores your balanced energy flow. This relieves the body of stress allowing all functions to be open and working the way they were intended. Carrie and Sumari are Reiki Masters/Teachers. Carrie's background includes Skin Care Specialist, Chiropractic Assistant, and Spiritual Response Therapist. She has dealt extensively with clients in both private and group sessions, as well as giving educational talks for large groups.
